Post-Abortion Healing Guide | Trauma-Informed Practitioner | Women’s Circle Facilitator
Hello Wild Heart, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Jennifer—a woman who’s walked through the fire and found her way back home to herself. A guide who knows both the weight of silence and the freedom of awakening. And a practitioner devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies, their cycles, their wombs, and their truth.
For much of my life, I lived disconnected - from my body, my worth, and my power. At 17, I made the hardest decision of my life: an abortion that I knew was right for me, but that left behind a storm of grief, guilt, shame, and self-doubt. I carried that pain in silence for 17 years, believing that because I had chosen it, I didn’t deserve to grieve. Believing I wasn’t worthy of healing or softness.
When I finally stepped into my own healing, everything shifted.
I began to listen to my body. I began to trust the wisdom of my womb.
I began to remember who I really was.
And now, I hold space for women to do the same.
My Work
I’m a trauma-informed practitioner with a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, a certified Master Women’s Circle Facilitator and a sacred womb healing guide.
My work blends psychology, somatics and soul - because true healing isn’t just of the mind, but of the heart, body, and spirit
I help women:
Reconnect with the sacred wisdom of their womb
Remember their cyclical nature and feminine power
Heal grief, shame, and self -doubt - especially after abortion
Reclaim their voice, worth, and wild, beautiful self
Through circles, 1:1 coaching, online programs, and transformational rituals, I create safe, sacred spaces where you don’t have to explain yourself, justify your pain, or carry it alone.
Because two things can be true at once:
Your abortion may have been the right choice.
And it may have broken your heart.
Both deserve compassion. Both deserve healing..
This Is a Safe Space
I don’t believe healing happens in isolation. I believe it happens in community.
In connection.
In spaces that are warm, sacred, and real.
That’s what I’ve created here—and I’m honored to share it with you.
If you’ve been waiting for someone to tell you it’s okay to grieve…
If you’ve been waiting for a sign that healing is possible…
If you’ve been waiting for a reminder that your womb holds wisdom, power, and peace…
You just found her.
I see you. I honor your story. And I’d be honored to walk with you.
With love and tenderness,
Jennifer
