🌸 Welcome Back to Your Rhythm

There was a time you moved with the rhythm of the Earth. With the moon. With the seasons. With your womb.

But trauma—especially abortion—can knock us out of that rhythm. We begin living in survival, not season. We harden. We brace. We forget.

This is why I created this series:
A sacred return to your inner rhythm. To the seasons of your body. The phases of the moon. To the wisdom that’s been waiting—softly, patiently—in your womb.

Today, we begin with Spring. The Maiden. The Waxing Moon.
The part of you that is curious, tender, and full of quiet possibility.

🌀 The Energy of Spring / Maiden / Waxing Moon

Spring is the first inhale after a long exhale. The thaw after the freeze. The soft unfurling of something that has been waiting in the dark.

In your body, this is Maiden energy—curiosity, emergence, playfulness, and new beginnings.
In the sky, it’s the Waxing Moon—the light growing stronger each night, inviting you to awaken and begin again.

But what if you don’t feel ready to bloom? What if winter still lingers in your bones?

If you've experienced abortion or any womb trauma, Spring can feel tender. Hope might feel dangerous. The body may not trust expansion yet.

That’s okay. Spring doesn’t demand. She invites.

She says: “Come just as you are. The light will wait for you.”

🌿 A Healing Invitation

After abortion, many women feel stuck in emotional winter: numb, frozen, disconnected from joy or forward motion.

Spring invites us back into aliveness.
Not all at once. But breath by breath.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to move on.
It’s about letting life stir within you again.

You are allowed to bloom again.
You are allowed to want things again. And you don’t have to feel guilty for it.

🧘 Embodiment Practice: "The Gentle Bloom"

Time: 5–10 minutes
What You’ll Need: A quiet space, a blanket or scarf, and a moment of presence.

  1. Sit or lie down comfortably. Place your hands on your lower belly.

  2. Begin to inhale through your nose for a count of 4, and exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6.

  3. Visualize a soft light—like sunrise—beginning to glow in your womb space.

  4. On each inhale, imagine this light growing just a little. Not forcing. Just soft expansion.

  5. Whisper to yourself:
“I am allowed to begin again.”
“I bloom at my own pace.”
“My body remembers how to feel safe in hope.”

Wrap the blanket or scarf around your shoulders as a gentle symbol of safety. Let yourself rest here.

🖋 Journal Prompts for Spring

  • What part of me feels ready to reawaken?

  • Where am I still afraid to begin again?

  • What is one small act of hope I can take this week?

  • If I could whisper to my Maiden self, what would I say?

  • What seed is quietly stirring inside me, asking to be tended?

🌙 Moon Wisdom: Waxing Crescent

As the moon grows in light, she encourages you to take small, intentional steps forward. Not to leap, but to listen.

Mini Ritual:
Write down one intention on a small piece of paper.
Hold it to your heart and speak it aloud.
Place it in a journal, under your pillow, or on your altar.
Let it grow with the moon.
